Eli’s Cheesecake & The Chicago High School of Agricultural Sciences’ Job Shadow Day

On Wednesday, May 8th, Eli’s Cheesecake and the Chicago High School of Agricultural Sciences (CHSAS)  participated in a Job Shadow Day. Students from CHSAS listened to presentations from Eli’s Cheesecake’s Operations, Marketing, and Research & Development departments and learned what each entails. After the presentations, the CHSAS students took a tour of the Bakery and learned how the famous Eli’s Cheesecakes are made, followed by each student hand-decorating their own cheesecakes. The day ended with luncheon on the patio and each CHSAS student received a certificate of participation. Eli’s Cheesecake is a proud corporate sponsor of CHSAS and is always happy to host students from CHSAS!
