Tonight, a team of our Eli’s associates will be serving dinner at the Chicago Help Initiative weekly Wednesday dinner. Eli’s Chef Antonio is cooking a delicious dinner to provide meals to 135 guests at the dining hall facilities.

 

The menu for tonight’s dinner is:

-Mixed Baby Green lettuces with Citrus, Red Flame Grape, Jicama and Green Onion

-Roasted Breast of Turkey – Au Jus served on Leek and Onion Brioche Pudding

-Eli’s Original Plain Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce and Whipped Cream

 

We celebrate 13 years of involvement with this event and are thankful for the opportunity.
