This past weekend, Eli’s attended two different events in Chicago. First, Eli’s attended a Good Food Festival called Localicious at the UIC Pavilion. The event celebrated local farmers who grow our food and the local chefs that transform it into something amazing. Eli’s was on-hand to offer our bite-size cuties to those in attendance. Eli’s second stop was at the opening night of the Chicago Flower and Garden Show to offer some samples of our Honey Mediterranean Cheesecake. Bob Mariano, the owner of Mariano’s grocery stores, stopped by for a slice and took a picture with the Eli’s Cheesecake crew. If you missed the Chicago Flower and Garden Show this weekend, you still have plenty of time to stop in and see everything the show has to offer. Eli’s Cheesecake’s own Laurel Boger will be conducting a cooking demo this Thursday, March 20th at 6:30pm, featuring our ricotta cheesecake.
