Eli’s Cheesecake has been exhibiting at the National Restaurant Show (NRA Show) from the very first show in 1985.  It is very exciting and rewarding to connect with our customers, friends and business associates.  With over 60 years in the food service industry, we are proud of our heritage and happy to serve our customers with the high quality desserts decorated by hand and made with the finest ingredients.

This year, we introduced trendy flavors like a Mini Dulce de Leche Pie and Salted Caramel Pretzel Bar.  Adding to our line of cheesecakes, we debuted a small, 5″ round Original Plain Cheesecake, as well as a newly-formulated Strawberry Topped Cheesecake in both a 5″ and 9″ round. This year, Chicago Chef Graham Elliot visited our booth! We also had Students from Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences (CHSAS) at the booth to share their honey story with the attendees.  CHSAS is one of the few urban agricultural high schools in the country.   Eli’s new Honey Mediterranean Cheesecakes is made with honey from CHSAS.

We also were honored to be visited by Brian Margulis, of Creative Hospitality Associates, and the Restaurant Association of Singapore who were in town for the NRA Show.  The group visited our Bakery Cafe on the northwest side of Chicago, where they learned about Eli’s history, products, and community outreach from Marc Schulman, president, and Debbie Marchok, VP of Marketing.
