Eli’s Farm Stand and Fresh Market is a big hit during the summer as it is filled with a variety of specialty artisan vendors, grilling provided by chef Antonio, entertainment, and special guest speakers. Throughout the summer, vendors such as the Underground Soap Bakery, Phoenix Bean Tofu, La Spiceria, Patz Maple and Honey Farms, crafts from students from Vaughn High School, goods from The Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences, crafts from The New Horizon Center were present. Eli’s was able to also host some important guest speakers like Tony Dreyfuss, CEO of Metropolis Coffee, Dr. Sonat Birnecker Hart, president of Koval Distillery, and Jenny Yang, owner of Phoenix Bean Tofu.

While Eli’s FULL Farmer’s Market will come to an end this Thursday, August 25th, Eli’s Farm Stand with produce from Nichol’s Farm & Orchard will continue from 7am-1pm every Thursday until October 27th. Guests can continue to shop the best seasonal vegetables and fruits while stopping by for some sweet dessert at the bakery cafe. 

Guests can also expect to see a Back to School sale at Eli’s Bakery Cafe from August 29th through September 9th, a second Pokemon GO-inspired cheesecake decorating contest, after a much successful first one during Eli’s Cheesecake Festival, along with more fun things in store as major holidays approach.
