It’s our favorite day oRaptorThumbf the year…National Cheesecake Day, this Sunday, July 30th.  We’re celebrating with our annual Cheesecake Festival…an entire day of all things cheesecake and family fun (plus a great big dinosaur!). It’s all happening at Eli’s Cheesecake World: 6701 W. Forest Preserve Dr. in Chicago (corner of Montrose and Forest Preserve Drive) from 9am – 5pm. Admission and parking are free!

New this year, in partnership with Jurassic World: The Exhibition at The Field Museum this summer, is a 16 foot long  jessecheesecake eating Raptor dinosaur. The lifelike Raptor puppet stomps and stalks just like the real thing. More highlights include The Jesse White Tumblers flying over a giant cheesecake, Classic Car Show, Tap Dancing Revue featuring The Tap Man: Tristan Bruns, Cheesecake “Olympics” including hockey with a cheesecake puck and mini golf, free cheesecake samples, The Happiness Club dancing to cheesecake music, cheesecake hula hoop contest, cheesecake bingo and cheesecake decorating.
