Eli’s Cheesecake was proud to participate in the 34th annual National Restaurant Show (NRA Show) this year. Eli’s looks forward to strengthening relationships with our customers, meeting new vendors, and spending time with our associates each year.
















Our Inspiration Station featured creative ideas and recipes to use with Eli’s Cheesecake, featuring Cheesecake Milkshakes, Cheesecake Cannolis and Cheesecake Cookie Sandwiches.



















In addition to offering samples of a number of products, we introduced new products at the NRA show this year, including our 2018 FABI Award winning Florentine Honey Almond Bar awarded by the National Restaurant Association. Other new desserts featured were the Chocolate Hazelnut Crisp Cheesecake, Cookie Butter Cheesecake, Gooey Butter Cake, Chocolate Lava Cake, Pumpkin Tart, Double Marshmallow Crispy Bar and a Vegan Belgian Chocolate Cheesecake. We also continued our tradition of hosting students from the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences (CHSAS) at our booth to share information about our finest ingredients, such as Wildflower honey, harvested by CHSAS , one of the main ingredients that went into our award winning Florentine Honey Almond Bar this year. A portion of the proceeds from sales of our honey products go toward college scholarships for deserving high school seniors.
