For the second consecutive year, Eli’s Cheesecake has received a “Superior” rating for Food Safety from AIB International, the highly regarded independent international auditing organization. “Superior” is the highest AIB audit rating achievable.

AIB certification demands that rigorous quality control processes and programs be in place throughout the facility to ensure contamination-free products for the food industry. As part of the audit requirements, Eli’s Cheesecake had to demonstrate appropriate security measures, established cleaning and maintenance procedures, and stringent control of all incoming and in-process materials, as well as the absence of food and drink at workstations, as well as the use of hair and beard nets are among the controls that contribute to the contamination-free environment.
