A visit to Chicago is your chance to devour some real Chicago-style
pizza: deep-dish, tons of cheese, with the sauce on top. Other local faves
include Eli’s Cheesecake, Italian beef sandwiches, and Chicago-style hot dogs.
Good eats, trust us.

Of course, with more than 7,000 restaurants, there are plenty of other fine
dining choices (and no shortage of red meat, you’ll notice). Good ethnic food
can be found in all of the city’s 80 neighborhoods, whether you find yourself in
Chinatown, Greektown or somewhere in between. Every year, Chicago also sponsors
the world’s largest food and music festival at the Taste of Chicago in Grant Park,
held from the end of June through Independence Day weekend.
