A strong tourism industry in Illinois is dependent upon a wide range of hotels and other lodging throughout the state. We are fortunate to have a strong association for this industry in the Illinois Hotel & Loding Association, a group of over 450 members, that has promoted the lodging industry in Illinois since 1910.

It was therefore an honor for us to be the only non-hotel dessert provider at the 17th Annual Hospitality Dinner Gala which was held on Friday, March 4th at the Hilton Chicago. Pastry Chef Laurel Boger and Greg Linkowski represented us with a very special heart shaped chocolate cheesecake dessert served with fresh raspberries.
