The American Institute of Baking is the leading non-profit educational organization that provides audits for food safety so that customers and consumers can see the procedures used to insure the use of good manufacturing practices, quality and food safety.

We are delighted that based on an indepth audit to review all of our food safety program, pest control, operational methods, personnel and cleaning practices that Eli’s Cheesecake was awarded a “Superior” Rating, the highest rating awarded by the AIB.

This is a company wide success for Eli’s and we had a company wide celebration to commemorate this achievement. We want to be the highest quality supplier possible and the recognition is an important step toward that goal.
