Eli’s Pastry Chefs Diana Moles and Laurel Boger join other leading pastry chefs and the French Pastry School of the City Colleges of Chicago at the second annual “For Love of Chocolate” Benefit on Saturday, February 10th. Held at Chicago’s historic South Shore Cultural center, the event will raise funds for Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP), a national non-profit organization which prepares high school students for college and careers in the hospitality industry.

Thank you Diana and Laurel for sharing your outstanding talent and Eli’s creations at this outstanding benefit to help students excel in the Culinary Arts.
