It was a great pleasure for me to be invited to be an Executive Residence for Professor Mike Mazzocco’s class in Food and Agribusiness Management at the University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana.

The discussion was excellent and focused on the many issues which face us and managers of food businesses.

I also had the opportunity to meet a number of graduate and under graduate students, members of the faculty and the administration of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences.

Illinois is fortunate to have such a great agricultural college and we look forward to the opportunities of working closer with this important Illinois institution.
