Business Works Seminar Sponsored by the City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs at Wright College on April 9th; Entrepreneur Author Barry Moltz to Deliver Keynote Address

Last Spring I was fortunate to give the key note address when
the City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs & Licensing hosted a
Business Works Seminar at Northside Prep High School. I was so impressed with
the interest in entrepreneurship by the attendees and all the support that was
provided by theworkshops and the civic and government participants in

Out of the success of that Seminar grew an opportunity to have
the Department of Business Affairs & Licensing partner with the City
Colleges of Chicago. We are delighted that the inaugural partnership event will
be this Wedensday, April 9th at 5:30pm at Wright College.

I will be delighted to welcome attendees with President Charles
Guengerich of Wright. We are most fortunate to have Barry Moltz, entrepreneur
and author as our keynote speaker. After selling his last operating business,
Barry has branched out into a number of activities supporting entrepreneurship
including founding an angel investor group, an angel fund and advising the Angel
Capital Education Fund.

Barry is the author of two books. His first, “You Need to Be A
Little Crazy: The Truth about Starting and Growing Your Business” is in its
fourth printing and has been translated into Chinese, Russian, Korean and

Earlier this year, he wrote “Bounce! Failure, Resiliencey and
the Confidence to Achieve Your Great Success.” In Bounce!, Moltz gives ideas on
what it takes in business to survive the natural cycles of business.

The event at Wright is free and is a great way for
entrepreneurs, students or individuals considering the leap to get ideas, meet
people and see the resources available for entrepreneurial success at Wright,
the City Colleges of Chicago and in Chicago.
