Eli’s Cheesecake Debuts a New Mail Order Catalog

One of the great ways for us to tell the Eli’s story is through our printed catalog. There is something that is still exciting to open the mail box to see the photos in hand without printing at home.

This year Eli’s is debuting a completely new 24 page catalog. Our congratulations to Sarah Zupancic, our Marketing Manager, for designing the catalog in house, to Maureen Schulman, our publicist, for her copy writing and editing, Laurel Boger and Diana Moles of our R&D Team for their ideas and styling and to Debbie Marchok and Brian Cravens of our Marketing Team for their support.

Eli’s Proud to create an exclusive Tiramisu for the 2006-2007 Williams-Sonoma Holiday Catalog

The original version of this creamy Italian dessert was so popular with English visitors in 19th-century Florence that it was dubbed zuppa inglese, or “English soup.” A similar dessert was reintroduced as tiramisù, which translates as “pick-me-up”—and it certainly lifts the spirits! Made by Eli’s Cheesecake Co. in Chicago, ours is formed from layers of espresso-infused sponge cake, mascarpone and cream cheese, then topped with a dusting of cocoa. Shipped frozen. 4 lb., 9″ diam.; serves 12 to 14. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.
