It is a very special summer when the Big Top of Cirque Du Soleil comes to Chicago. On Wednesday, June 29th, Eli’s Cheesecake was part of the welcoming celebration as Ovo opened in the lot of the United Center. Eli’s Executive Pastry Chef Laurel Boger and Team created a themed cake to welcome the guests to opening night.
Representing Eli’s at the opening night were Korey Grace, Kaitlin Matthews, Laurel Boger, Jolene Worthington and Marc Schulman.
Korey Grace and Laurel Boger were very busy at intermission passing out complimentary Eli’s Dippers customized for the event.
The frozen cheesecake on a stick dipped in chocolate were themed with the colors of Ovo.
