Eli’s Big Slice made a special appearance at the Eli’s Cheesecake Cafe at Eli’s Cheesecake World on Sunday

Eli’s Pastry Chef, Juanita Chajon, demonstrated how children and adults can create fantastic holiday desserts by starting with a slice of Eli’s Cheesecake. Eli’s Big Slice expressed his opinion that Juanita’s work was the best!

Diana Moles, Eli’s Director of Research & Development, demonstrated for our guests what makes an Eli’s Cheesecake so special.

My dad, Eli Schulman’s dream, was to create a cheesecake that tasted as good as it looked. We gave families the opportunity to show off their creativity by decorating the top of our Eli’s in the Round with a holiday theme.
