Since 1991, Eli’s Cheesecake Company has partnered with the Chicago School of Agriculture Sciences (CHSAS) providing job shadowing, mentor programs and internships.  We are very proud to be featured along with CHSAS in the National Honey Board’s article “Baking with Honey”

Eli’s Wildflower Honey Cheesecake is made with honey harvested by CHSAS.  The CHSAS students harvest, prepare and bottle their wildflower honey for this product providing Eli’s with approximately 2,000 pounds of honey annually.   All proceeds from purchasing the honey and a portion of the proceeds from the Wildflower Honey Cheesecakes sales go to the CHSAS’s college scholarship fund for seniors.   If you are interested in more information about Eli’s Wildflower Honey Cheesecake and a video about the  CHSAS honey, click here
