On Monday, May 13th, Eli’s Cheesecake was featured in Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery Magazine as the finest Chicago cheesecake and a legendary Chicago food icon.
The magazine interviewed Marc Schulman, Eli’s Cheesecake’s President, as well as Debbie Marchok, Eli’s Cheesecake’s Vice President of Marketing. The article follows the history and rise of Eli’s Cheesecake to legendary Chicago food icon status. Eli’s also announced the lineup of new products debuting at the National Restaurant Association Show 2013, as well as sponsoring an educational children’s game for smart phones called Space Cakes. Jeff Anderson, the vice president of purchasing and operations at Eli’s Cheesecake, was also interviewed and spoke of the quality and the Safe Quality Food training Eli’s associates have been learning and practicing.
