Last night, Eli’s Cheesecake Executive Pastry Chefs, Diana Moles and Laurel Boger, presented an Eli’s Wildflower Honey Cheesecake at the Savor, an Evening of Magnificent Pairings event at the Bloomingdale’s Home & Furniture Store at Medinah Temple in Chicago as a participant of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association (GNMAA).  The Wildflower Honey Cheesecake is a ricotta cheesecake sweetened with raw wildflower honey, topped with mascarpone cheese, crunchy cardamom-scented honey almonds and baked on an all-butter shortbread cookie crust. The honey used is produced by student beekeepers from the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences(CHSAS), a college preparatory high school that provides opportunities for diverse students from across the city to study agriculture.  Eli’s is a proud sponsor of CHSAS.  For more information:
