Eli’s Executive Pastry Chef Laurel Boger will be on HSN early on Monday–at midnight and 5am (CST) to debut our items that we will be serving at the Taste of Chicago. Available first from HSN will be our Skinny Eli’ Cheesecake and our Taste of Chicago Sampler highlighting the flavors that we will be featuring at the Taste.

“Skinny Eli” is reduced in calories, has no sugar added and is made with Neufchatel cheese, ricotta cheese (as well as cream cheese), light cultured sour cream, Nielsen Massey Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla and Equal Brand Sweetener. We then top it with sugar-free chocolate ganache and it is baked on a no sugar added graham cracker crust with real butter. It is 250 calories a slice and offer an alternative for
our customers with a sugar restricted diet or who are looking for a lower calorie dessert.

Our Sampler highlights our favorite flavors that we will be selling at the Taste of Chicago; our Original Plain Cheesecake, our Strawberry Cheesecake, our Cookie Cheesecake and our Eli’s Totally Turtle Cheesecake.

Taste of Chicago begins on Friday, June 27th and continues through Sunday, July 6th.
