This Thursday, Nichols Farms of Marengo, Illinois and Piedt Farms of Eau Claire, Michigan will be highlighting their farm grown peppers at the Eli’s/Wright College Farmers Market. Red, Green and Yellow Peppers will be highlighted and are perfect in the recipe below.
