Eli’s Cheesecake was delighted to create the 100th Anniversary Cheesecake for Greater North Michigan Avenue Association celebrated on Friday, May 11th at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The over 1,000 guests enjoyed an assortment of Eli’s Cheesecake Slices for dessert and then were able to take a Slice of the 100th Anniversary Cake home!

We were delighted when Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, a long time Eli’s Fan, visited our Booth after he cut the ribbon to open the 2012 National Restaurant Association Show. Above Eli’s Executive Pastry Chef Laurel Boger and Eli’s President Marc Schulman present the Mayor with a replica of the Giant Cheesecake that Eli’s will be creating for the Taste of Chicago.

This is the 27th consecutive year that Eli’s Cheesecake has been in the National Restaurant Association. We are very grateful for the outstanding work by the Eli’s Sales, Marketing and Research & Development Team in their work preparing for the Show.

Leaders of Eli’s Operations Team spend the day at the NRA Show to see the scope of the foodservice industry and the opportunities for growth.
We are so fortunate to have great Eli’s Cheesecake fans and people in Chicago who dine and enjoy Eli’s Cheesecake for dessert! This is a tweet we’d like to share with you. Please share your favorite Eli’s news bites!

On Friday, March 16th, Eli’s was excited to have the St. Patrick’s Day Queen and Her court come visit at the Eli’s Cheesecake Bakery Cafe. The queen and her court decorated cheesecakes with green sprinkles, green chocolate and green gel in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. They also went and spent time with the students at the New Horizon’s Center next door where they sang with the students and took many pictures.
